   Good service Avocado toast very different from others. Slices of avocado. Eggs Benedict came without fries and server said didn’t except said did on menu. She checked with manager and found we were correct. Bottle for mimosas came with OJ in small plastic cup. But it’s worth it for the view of the ocean

   Really enjoyed the openness of the restaurant and being able to see right out to the ocean. Will go back for sure.

   Absolutely beautiful location. Good food overall for our group. The kitchen missed 1 order, then burnt it trying rush it out & over cooked it as well. Still, a wonderful dinner for my family. We will return.

   Four of us had lunch at Sandbar. We were given a table with an ocean view as requested. While all thought the food was delicious (blackened mahi sandwich, Southwest cobb salad, chicken rice bowl), the service left a lot to be desired. The two bartenders also doubled as servers so could not be as available as one-role servers. Because we were not in a hurry, slow service was not an issue. However, we had an issue where servers were needed in a timely manner and we were ignored. I inadvertently spilled my iced tea and no one came to our assistance for more than 5 minutes. My husband and I were on the floor wiping up tea and ice and used our napkins to do so. When we finally got a servers attention, two small towels were brought to the table but our napkins were not replaced nor was my iced tea until I flagged down the server again. We would recommend the Sandbar for the food and view but be prepared for service that does not meet expectations. The servers are friendly and try to be accommodating but the restaurant seems to be understaffed.

   Nice spot - we tried it on our first night in Jax. Portions seemed a bit small for the prices, but understand it's the beach and a hotel restaurant. Very nice ambiance/location. We enjoyed overall, but didn't feel it really merited a return visit.

   The food was spoiled, mandarin oranges in the salad were rancid. Very limited menu, hotel food for sure.

   Great food but horrible service. We stood at the host station for 15 min then waiting at the table for 30 more. The restaurant wasn’t full but we were not waited on in a timely manner. I wish I would have asked to speak to a manager.

   Beautiful atmosphere. We had a group of people for brunch. There was only one server for the entire restaurant, but she did an amazing job. The manager helped with food delivery. Great value for the brunch. The food was good, but nothing special. The ambience certainly made up for it!

    Requested an outdoor seat which wasn’t honored. Did get them to open the doors partially as the noise level was horrendous. Food was mediocre at best. Wouldn’t return.
