Konnichiwa (hello) and welcome to Samurai Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar, the Japanese Experience. Samurai is Trinidad’s first Japanese restaurant. Tucked safely in One Woodbrook Place, Port of Spain, Samurai offers an experience that is second to none. Our cuisine blends traditional Japanese flavours as well as a fusion of local Caribbean flavours to please any palate. Our dishes include Japanese style pizza, spicy edamame, calamari, steak and a selection of sushi rolls for the adventurous as well as the conservative. We also offer Teppanyaki, which is a Japanese style of cooking similar to Habachi, where our knife wielding chefs prepare your meal before you on hot plates. It’s our version of dinner and a show. Let’s not forget our range of cocktails. We offer all of the familiars of a traditional bar as well as Samurai specialty cocktails.

The good and ambiance was good. However the service needs improving . The restaurant was very empty yet it took over 30 minutes to prepare two eight piece sushi rolls.
