Samurai Blue Sushi & Sake Bar is the ultimate sushi destination in the Tampa Bay Area since 2001. The menu combines both a modern and traditional sushi dining experience offering the freshest fish and ingredients. We also serve premium steaks, fresh seafood and chicken entrees. The restaurant is housed in a historic building in Ybor City with soaring 50 foot ceilings. Samurai Blue offers a full-service bar with a selection of premium sakes. Come indulge in one of our original Saketinis. Our restaurant is open for lunch (Monday-Friday) and dinner daily with extended late-night dining hours. We look forward to serving you soon.

One of my favorite places...the sushi choices are exceptional and they are always open to creating something new. Duc. Is a great sushi chef and always finds vegan options for my girlfriend.

I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t recall once ever having a bad experience. The food has always been nothing less than excellent. The location is very unique to the restaurant, although I will say that if you have any type of issues with high ceilings regarding your hearing this may not be the place for you. But if you don’t this is the best place for great quality sushi.

Came with some friends to have a nice sushi dinner. The ambiance is dark and sexy. we had a great waitress who was super friendly and attentive. the sushi was fresh and our friend had the rib eye steak which was amazing. i highly recommend this restaurant. make reservations so you don’t have to wait.

Reservations for two. Sat at a table. Then was move because of an excuse that the location of a chair at the table was blocking a fire lane when the restaurant was not quite at half occupancy. Then the order....appetizer soup didn’t come out until after sushi arrived and then a portions of one of the sushi roll was missing. Heard good things about this place. After the experience, , I understand why it was less than half occupied.
