   I went to Salvis in Deansgate last Saturday and had a really poor experience. The food wasn't great as it came out cold. My partner also complained that her food was really oily. I always finish my food, but me and my partner both couldn't finish the food. Additionally, I didn't feel that the customer service was very good either, with the staff hardly coming to our table, and when they did come, they weren't very warm or friendly. I was very disappointed in our experience here, and don't think I'll be coming back.

   I had the misfortune of dining at this establishment recently, and I must say, it was an utterly disheartening experience. The service was, quite frankly, abysmal—after being given our meal, we was neither offered a drink nor even asked how our meal was which one might expect in any decent establishment. As the meal progressed, I couldn't help but notice the unsightly procession of a waste bin being dragged through the dining area, which, unsurprisingly, detracted from any semblance of ambiance. The atmosphere, I regret to say, was as disconcerting as it was uninspired—there was an undeniable sense of discomfort hanging in the air, neither warm nor welcoming, but rather strangely sterile. As for the food, while certainly edible, it was scarcely more than average, devoid of any noteworthy flavour that one might hope for when visiting an authentic Italian restaurant. It is rare that I feel compelled to write such a review, but I must be candid in my disappointment. I am sad to say I will not be visiting again.

   We've eaten at Salvi's Deandsgate quite a few times and on the whole the food is very good. This time, as I have done in the past, I asked to the spaghetti vongole without tomatoes (as is the traditional way). For some reason the waitress asked for the tomatoes to be replaced by cream, which made the dish a completely different one. It tasted nice, but was not what I requested. The music was not very fitting for a restaurant and would have been better in a bar, it was also quite loud. Not quite a good as it has been in the past.
