The staff and management went out of their way to make for a memorable experience. You would have never guessed you were in a condo building by feeling enclosed in a lush garden setting. The homemade pasta was wonderful and all of the entrees didn’t disappoint. Congrats on a fine new edition to Palm Beach dining.

We enjoyed our evening at Salute. We were fans of Restaurant 44 so the new Salute did not disappoint. The only flaw in the quality of the food was that my husband’s veal tenderloin was raw and disappointing. Otherwise, the food and service were good!

Salute offers the perfect balance and excellent of everything--food, wine, ambience and service. We ordered the Galletto al Mattone--the chicken with mushrooms--delicious, the Salmone Reale, bright taste and perfectly cooked. The appetizers we kept it light--the salads--spinacini, stagione, and carciofini were exquisitely presented and tasted fabulous. We indulged in dessert--and it was utterly worth it--seriously--the raspberry semifreddo, the tiramisu, and the costitina were all super delightful and not too much. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant!

Introduced friends to Salute’ this evening and they were delighted. Service was excellent with great attention from Valentina. The range of options are impressive, and it was heard to choose from so many delicious sounding offerings. The zucchini flowers and charred octopus for appetizers were absolutely delicious, the shaved artichoke salad was the best we’ve had and everyone loved their main courses: agnolotti, ham and pea taglioni, scallops with truffle and fish stew. The gelato was also fantastic. Can’t wait to go back!

The wait staff was solicitous. However we ordered cocktails and appetizers plus entrees and we were done and out of the restaurant in 45 minutes. As soon as my appetite and then my entree plates were empty the server took them away and the next course came out. It was a special occasion and I felt cheated and disappointed.

Restaurant opened 6 weeks ago and they still need some working out… Staff was attentive :) Cocktails and appetizers were great! The zucchini flan was amazing and the prosciutto was superb! My husband got a seafood pasta as his main, the seafood was not cooked.. at all and we had to send it back. I myself got a special, with pasta and morale mushrooms, which was good but the amount of pasta was minimal. They did comp both main dishes- but like I said they need to work out some kinks.
