   We had a long wait for our food but you can see into the kitchen and our server was stressing out in there trying to get it for us, I’m not going to hold any of the wait against them because there was a huge party ahead of us.

   Our meal was absolutely delicious! Everything wa super tasty, steaks were amazing, ribs were falling of the bone, out server was fantastic and the carrot cake is a must!!!!!!

   This is the best kept secret on Fremont Street.. in Golden Nugget smack in the middle of the slots and tables is the best steak house. Steaks came out perfectly cooked, with amazing flavor and not a bit dry. The service was more than accommodating with Matt, who seemed to be the owner, even allowing us to have the jalapeño apps as half fried and half grilled. We all agree that this was our best meal in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

   Everything about this dinner was awesome, especially our server, I wish I could remember his name, but he was the best we had in our entire trip to Vegas! My wife and I ordered a ribeye and it was cooked exactly as we wanted. The seasoning was spot on. Highly recommend making the trip to the Golden Nugget to eat here. Added bonus you can hang out on Fremont Street too!

   Our food was insanely good! The steak and mashed potatoes were so good! Mac & cheese was not my favorite but the waiter noticed and asked if I wanted a different side! Drinks were delicious as well as the queso appetizer! We sat over in the sunroom beside the pool area and there were a ton of kids out in the pool but we never really heard them and it was fun to sit there and watch the pool area/aquarium!

   We ate there, super early, but actually found it a bit peaceful for dining in Vegas. Evenings are hopping! The food was great, as was the service. We would make Saltgrass a place to go again
