   Server was rude and did not check on us. We were missing an item and she never knew because she never bothered to back to our table

   We were greeted warmly and taken to our table. Our server, Corey, was cheerful, knowledgeable of the menu, patient and efficient. Pot meal was delicious. Our overall experience was wonderful.

   We used to eat at this location at least once a week, have large family gatherings as well as bring out of town guests. This location has gone extremely downhill. We have been going to other steak houses for a couple of years because we had bad experiences a few times here, so we were tired of spending money for mediocre food and service. I was craving the wedge salad and a steak so I suggested that we give it another try since it’s been a while. I thought maybe it’s become better. I was wrong… my filet was so tough it was like chewing leather. I specifically asked for medium rare, it came out medium well. I was way too hungry to wait for another so I painfully ate it. The steak was so flavorless. My husband said his steak was tough as well. He also said the tortilla soup that he used to love was so bad. I want to add that the hostess made us wait around for no reason while the entire dining room was empty. There were so many servers just congregating and hanging out, why make us wait for no reason whatsoever. Highly disappointed and won’t he back to this location.

   I loved the atmosphere the food was delicious the our waiter was nice and polite. Everything came out quickly and I would recommend this place 10 out of 10

   Not good. I live salt grass but not the place for valentines day had reservations waited 30 minutes for our food steaks came cold sent them back they came back only warm and appeared to be put in the microwave the cook on the steaks were very uneven. We ordered medium well some spots were well, some medium and some medium well

    Saltgrass is always my go to for a good steak We always split the ribeye ..extra salad and potatoe and makes it a very good meal And never too much …this location is great for not having to wait
