   Our waiter Juan was brand new, however he did an excellent job of taking care of us! Excellent customer service!

   My in laws had the absolute best time for their valentines brunch. They lived their waitress Cat and can’t wait to go back.

   It was my second visit this week. Had steak the first time so decided to do the chopped steak the second time. It was very good with the cognac gravy. As an appetizer we had the queso with brisket which was excellent. Miranda and Hoppy were awesome. The only thing that marred my evening was that they misplaced my Loyalty Landry’s card. Is that one of the manager’s responsibilities? I am concerned about losing my card.

   Very Texan atmosphere with the decorations and ambiance. We sat right in front of the fireplace which was an added bonus on a chilly night. Our server was extremely courteous and informative as we navigated the menu. The meals of choice were T Bone steak, Urban Cowboy with Smoked Macaroni and Cheese and side salads. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared to our liking especially the Cheesecake.

   Food was great! Outstanding customer service! Had requested bar booth in my reservation so I could watch the football semi final game. None was available but as soon as one became available host immediately came to me and helped me move to the bar. I appreciate the attention to detail to make me happy. 😀. Brianna our server was also very accommodating. Carrot cake is to die for!!

   Ordered the Tbone and it was thin and very tough. The fillet part was full of grizzle. My wife tried to order the 6 ounce fillet, but they said they were out and only had 9 ounce. How was steakhouse does not have steaks is beyond me. The service is great, but just felt like it was over price for what you get compared to the other steakhouses and its category. I'd prefer Longhorn or roadhouse over saltgrass any day.

    They were not ready for NYE. We had a reservation at 8pm and they gave us a table until 9pm. The food was mediocre and run out of Limonade, baked sweet potatoes and other items. They tried but also made many errors in our order. We understand it was NYE but they were definitely not prepared.
