    We had a wonderful experience having afternoon tea on Easter Sunday. Everyone we encountered at the restaurant was warm and friendly. Our server, Perola was so kind and welcoming. When she found out we had a birthday, she even brought out a special treat to share! Overall, this really exceeded my expectations with the best parts being the top-notch service, lovely environment, and unique selection of teas.

    The beef carpaccio was my fav thing on their menu! Really enjoyed the tuna pizza as well, it is a little bit on the pricier side but great for special occasions. I was dining for my birthday and Gino and his team (Paul, Angela) went out of their way to make it special and brought me dessert on the house.

    Perola was our server for the evening. She was amazing. She took care of every detail during our reservation here. The food was absolutely delicious and she helped our first experience here to be the best.

    Salt & the Cellar was one of the best experiences we have ever had in food and service. Every bite, from Appetizers to dessert is a divine sensory experience….presentations of food and signature cocktails is wonderful for photo opportunities. But, I must comment on the service, because in my opinion, there is no better service out there then what you experience at the Ette Hotel and Salt & the Cellar!!! Everyone is so willing to help and make your experience an exceptional one….the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your time there is one to talk about for a lifetime! We will definitely be back!

    This was the best dinner experience I’ve ever had. From the ambiance, to our servers vast knowledge of the restaurant, down to the INCREDIBLE food- everything was five stars! We took the server’s recommendation for the chefs star menu item- the tuna pizza! Wow- I had no words. As the main I had our servers favorite, the roasted duck with a carrot roasted crumble, the most delectable mash with truffles! The smoked espresso martini was a smash hit, and I’m not a martini gal. The care and attention to detail from flavor profiles to where they source their ingredients has me in utter awe of Chef Akira Back. Details is the word that comes to mind with this experience, I mean down to the dishes having a painting from the chefs mother on them! This Chef and the wonderful staff here have perfected the ART that is the backbone of a culinary experience. BRAVO!

    Our experience at Salt & the Cellar was excellent! Honestly it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. Our server Perola was awesome. She was so personable, friendly and provided excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Salt & the Cellar to friends and family and I look forward to coming back the next time I’m in Orlando.
