   My group of 6 women had our monthly lunch at Salt & Lime. It was the first time for 5 of them. They were not disappointed. Everything from service to food to the ambiance was perfect! We had tacos and tostadas, guacamole and chips.......all excellent. We would all highly recommend this restaurant.

   Outstanding Experience. EXCELLENT and Numerous Vegan / Plant-Based options! Flavor and presentation of the food was superb. Service was attentive and friendly (they graciously put up with my bad Español) Particularly liked that they had on site parking because sometimes finding street parking in Del Mar is a bit arduous. Well Done!!!

   Excellent food - healthy options and good vegetarian options. Happily prepared a plain chicken breast for my dog as well. :)

   After being to Salt and Lime more than I can count on my hands, the food has gone downhill. 1st, you receive about 1/2 of what you used to get, and then the flavor of the food declined. They need to add more salt and lime! I ordered the Mahi fish taco. It was fishy, dry, and overcooked and lacked flavor. The guacamole had no flavor, the chips were stale. We ordered other tacos that also lacked flavor. I love the potato chips that came with the tacos, but they only gave me 5 chips. Sorry to say that, but I don't think we'll be back.

   The idea of having a trendy Mexican restaurant in a prime location in Del Mar sounded very exciting to me . Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the food and service was ok . They had only two people working for all the tables, not enough to host, serve and clean . My experience was average .

   Tty the ceviche. Dining under a living tree was beautiful. Great food, reasonable prices.

    I had a reservation for the anniversary of our first date and we were seated at a bar high top instead where the music was so loud we could barely talk to each other. I understand if it’s a busy day but I would have liked the option to at least have a table in a quieter area for a special day.
