   We had a reservation for 730 but were not sat until 840. I had to keep asking the hostess when we would be seated and they kept saying 15 minutes obviously an hour later is just completely unacceptable. After waiting 20 min I asked the hostess who looked to be a young high school kid who really didn’t care said I don’t know I could get my manager maybe 15 minutes and after I turned away mumbled under her breath, God forbid you have to wait 30 minutes for your table. Well, I shouldn’t have had to wait because I had a reservation. I will say the manager was fantastic and ended up comping us appetizers for free and the server was amazing. I wish the hostesses were just upfront about the wait because by the time we had waited 30 minutes, we really couldn’t go anywhere else on a Friday night with a group of six people. There was nowhere else that we were gonna be able to get in for dinner. If they had been upfront and told us initially, we could’ve gone somewhere else. The food was fantastic and manager was great but waiting over an hour for a table when I had a reservation is completely unacceptable. We watched at least three other parties walk out saying they had already waited over an hour as well. I would probably never dine in here again.

   Great service and great food. They should consider gluten free pizza selections menu The business needs to get an understanding of how many people can’t dine there due because of that.

   We really like the pizza at Sally’s and have eaten there several times but after last night, I’m not sure that we’ll return. The music is always too loud but last night they outdid themselves. We couldn’t hear one another. We had to shout. I left with a headache. Not a great experience for date night or Friday night wind down. The service and food were good as usual.

   Salads are huge and come with a huge price tag- $15.00 each. I would recommend cutting the salad portions by a third and the portions too. Salad was very good.. Pizza good. Service ok..
