   We picked this spot because it was close to NJPAC and we were seeing a show at 7pm. First off, the service was really good. The servers were very polite and tried to cater to my wife's dietary needs. The food was OK. I would probably come here again, if I had to, but would not be first on my list. This place is known for its sangria's, though I am not a big sangria drinker, if I cam back I would try. Overall, a nice experience. Prices are mid-range. Dinner for 2 we spend about $70.

   Very small place with very nice staff. Food was not bad but not great. There were 7 of us and our meals came out very staggered. Three of use were done eating by the time the other four got there meals. I would go there again but not with a large group.

   They even had our name written on the reservation plaque! Good chorizo and seafood rice! And mango sangria! All a little salty but overall delish. Perfect spot before event at the prudential center.

   Nice place to hang out. Drinks are amazing and strong!!! The menu is a bit confusing but the food is decent.

   overall enjoyable. sat at the sidewalk tables which were protected with a nice wide awning. The food was authentic and the drinks were good. The service was nice too. I'd go back.

   Came here for our post-med school graduation lunch with family and friends. Amazing food and atmosphere. Their tilapia and seafood platters were amazing. The families we took here loved the food and the value. I also enjoyed the overall vibe and Portuguese homage. Service was alil slow especially when it came to dessert (we ended up not ordering cause they took too long) but otherwise excellent food and ambiance. Will definitely come here again

   Food was amazing. The service was a bit slow but we were a party of 8. Otherwise an excellent experience. Will definitely return.

   Made a reservation for 4 people at 6:15pm & arrived at Sagres at 6:10pm to get the last available table in the place. The staff advised us that even though we had a reservation that there was a bug with OpenTable and they had to many reservations but we can have the last table. We advised them that we had tickets to a show that started at 8pm as we placed our order. We received our drinks which were enjoyable but that is where it ends. We asked that all of the food be brought out at the same time then at 7:35pm, after inquiring multiple times where the food was, we received just the appetizers. The Chicken Croquettes were FROZEN in the middle and the Mozzarella sticks were tasteless. We also asked for the check 2 times and were going to pay the bill and leave without eating but the never brought the check. We handed them money to pay for what we had and left the restaurant without eating dinner. this is totally unacceptable and we could hear other tables around us having similar issues. I would not recommend this place.

    Ambiance I've seen better. The service OK but far from great. The difference is the food, it was outstanding.
