   First and foremost the service was impeccable. The hostess was lovely and was very accommodating. Our server (Brandon) might just be one the best servers I've experienced. Knowledgeable about the menu, vibes with the table, checked on us at all the right times. Truly a gifted server. The food was very good. We had appetizers (bruschetta), main course (octopus, oysters, pork skewers, chicken parm) and desert......yes we ate a lot😂. The plating was well thought through and for the most part the food was tasty. The aioli that is served with the octopus was a little bland but overall the meal was a solid 4-5. The only thing that seemed like it didn't fit was the music. The vibe of the restaurant and the music that is played through the speakers is a miss match.    I went for Sunday brunch. I knew that menu would be limited for Easter. Nice ambience. Food for me was just OK. It would be nice to have more gluten free options. I had the beef brisket hash, it it was okay.

   We went on Easter Sunday and the brunch was fantastic. Looking forward to going again to try the dinner menu.

   My father-in-law and myself got the flounder special. It was fantastic we both loved it. A couple bites were a touch salty, probably from the capers. My husband got the pork tenderloin special which he also loved he would tell anyone to ask for extra sauce Diane because it was so tasty . Mother-in-law got the lamb. Which was cooked perfectly, she even used her teeth on the bone to get more goodness.The service was wonderful, and really made my Mother-in-laws birthday very special. They raved about how wonderful the whole night and experience was.

   Waitress was nice, but not knowledgeable. Service was slow. Food came before one appetizer so we had to cancel that. They also attempted to serve us other people‘s food. Wine list was on a tablet and very difficult to navigate. Seemed overpriced, compared to other restaurants in Winston. Previous visit, we sat at the bar and things went well.

    The food was exceptional. But for $175 meal, we were not waited on satisfactory. Our waiter had too many tables to be attentive. We had NO silverware and napkin until well past our $22 each drinks and he forgot the blue cheese olives completely. Table placement on the back patio was too close and only half full. We will not be returning.
