   This is one of our favorite Milwaukee restaurants. As soon as you walk in, you're immersed in intoxicating aromas, uplifting music and warm hospitality. Saffron is great at creating a fun evening out filled with delicious food and sparks of creativity. Last night we really enjoyed the curry shrimp entree, the butter chicken, the beet balls (it has a better name than that...) the fig naan, and the Manhattans and Old Fashions. Our servers were very attentive and friendly. This is a great place for a celebration or special night out.

   We love Saffron! We like to start with the smoked manhattans-wonderful. We always enjoy the butter chicken but decided to try something new. We enjoyed shrimp alleppi curry and the awhadi chicken korma with garlic naan. Service is always impeccable. Enjoy!

   The lamb chops were so tender and perfectly seasoned and the shrimp curry was amazing. Even the rice was perfectly aromatic.

   Some of the best Indian food I've had! Goat curry was tender, not gamey, and cooked well. My gf ordered the lamb madras curry and she loved it. The black garlic naan was great, though I wouldn't order it again. Kulfi ice cream was delicious and our starter was the crab cakes which was more crab than cake.

   The food was fantastic. We got the crab cake, the lamb curry, and the lobster saffron malai. We also had garlic naan and the 24 carat coffee stones. Everything was 5 stars, absolutely delicious. Such high quality food with amazing flavor. The naan was the best I’ve ever had. The curry was so flavorful and the meat was tender. Amazing experience all around, the actual space is beautiful and the drinks are expertly crafted too. We will absolutely be back soon.

   Everything was wonderful. The bar staff was great while we waited, the food was deep, rich and flavorful. Highly recommend.

   Absolutely a delicious dinner. The crispy cauliflower was a standout among many standouts. Can’t wait to go back.

    Best Indian food I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a handful of high-end Indian restaurants in Chicago and SF. This is high-end Indian food, so while you’ll find some traditional dishes, most (including the traditional dishes) are elevated presentations and taste profiles. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The drinks are also some of the best in the city.
