   Our server was amazing. The food was delicious but she made the whole experience 5 star. (I can’t remember her name unfortunately)

   The food, atmosphere and view is just amazing along with the resort itself, but the waitress/server we had was a 1 out of 10. She wasn't engaging in anyway, we asked politely about some of the menu selections and she basically read what was written and added no more commentary in any way. She hardly made eye contact with us, never made any suggestions and seemed to be bothered that we asked for bread service or anything else. She was slow with all requests and never engaged in anyway. Again, the food and restaurant was superb, but why would they have someone like that work for such an establishment? Cheryl needs to be motivated to interact with customers who come thousands of miles away to pay $60 a plate for food....we are not asking for a lot, just a smile and nice service when on vacation. I looked for the manager to report this, but our tender was ready to leave and we had to go. Cheryl, remember the type of establishment you work at and the fun loving people you serve want to have a great time!

   We are annual repeats to the BVI’s and history has shown that Saba Rock for dinner was at the top of our list. So our expectations were high. Unfortunately , this year , it proved to be mediocre. Food came before the drinks and the meals were lukewarm. One meal needed to be returned . Hoping this review will be seen and can help them improve their process.
