   Being from New Orleans, I grew up on Ruth Chris! This was a special occasion/ holiday dinner. First time at this location. Reservation was made and upon arrival we were seated in less than 5min. Table facing the bar would not have been my choice for the occasion, but the crowd was very light and ambiance was moderate to low. (Except for the table next to us being on his phone with the volume turned UP!) The service was a little lacking to what previous dinning RC experiences. Our server was very polite and professional. Not overly attentive, but adequate. The drinks and appetizer were served pretty quickly and were on point. Except we had to request extra serving set for the calamari and dipping sauce. Which we were told they don't do that. OK Our steak, stuffed chicken and 2 sides came out sizzling hot per usual. And were delicious! We ended the night without dessert only because we were both stuffed!

   Excellent Resurrection Sunday lunch. Everyone was outstanding, and food was delicious. Nice touch addressing each guest by name. Well done

   Moh is an excellent server, and we always ask for him. The steak is always good, but the raw oysters seem off.

   Darci was great and attentive. Although we have dined here several times she treated us like first timers. Best porkchop for miles!

   Great as always!!! Waiter was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It was sister first time & she absolutely loved it. 10/10 is what she kept screaming.

   My Husband and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary at Ruth's Chris Odenton. Our reservation was at 4 PM. We arrived on time, but they seemed to be extremely short staffed. The lobby was full of people - some who had reservations and some who did not. Only one staff member was up front to check in as well as seat guests. Once we were finally seated, it took about 25-30 minutes before we finally just asked someone what the delay was. A manager stopped by our tabke a few minutes later. He offered to comp our appetizers and first round of drinks as well. The gesture was very kind, but it would have been nice to know why this happened. We have been coming here ever since they opened and NEVER has any issues. This put a bit of a damper on our dining experience for such a special occasion. That being said, our server was amazing and took excellent care of us for the remainder of the dinner. Food here is always excellent, but the service was definitely lacking today. We we very disappointed. This use to be our "go to" place- we will be looking for another going forward.

   My steak was overcooked, and our waiter was wonderful except for the fact that there was too much time between them checking on the table.

    Went on a date with my husband because he was getting deployed the next day (3/28) Our waitress was Cailey. She was a breath of fresh air on an already tough situation. The food was absolutely amazing and once again, Cailey had the best service ever. Thank you all so much
