   It doesn’t get any better than Ruggles Black. Outstanding food, reasonable pricing, and the service from our waiter Joshua was spectacular. Best restaurant in Houston.

   We ate outside so noise level was a non issue. Food was outstanding as was the service. Two of the best snapper dishes in town!

   Tonight must have just been an off night. We love coming to Ruggles food and service is always 10/10 , but this time was not the best. Server was MIA for a while . Food didn’t come out at the same time . Hopefully next time will be better .

   Great dining experience with many “restricted diet” choices. Parking was tight even with the valet.

   It is a lovely place with great menu and food BUT the piped music level is TOO LOUD Imagine owner thinks it is lively, but when it is difficult to hear guests at same table, NOT GOOD A distraction d takes away from the delicious food PLEASE LOWER!!!

   We love the Ruggles Black menu! Delicious menu items, expertly prepared. For the first time, we were quite disappointed with the service. We waited and waited for our server. He finally came. On 3 occasions we had to ask for our waiter as we could not even see him on the floor. We will return because we love it. Will be looking to avoid this server, though.
