Rue 57 is a French American Brasserie with a sushi bar located in Midtown Manhattan just blocks away from Central Park. We open for breakfast daily at 7:30AM and 9AM on the weekends. Join us after a day of shopping, or on your way to the theater at night. Our menu includes such favorites as the Brasserie Benedict, Brioche French Toast, our Classic Steak Frites, the delicious Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. Our bar offers specialty cocktails, wine list and tasty draft and bottle beers. You can also sit and enjoy our succulent Sushi.

Thank you for being so accommodating to our large party. My cousin joined us but forgot his vax card. You all quickly changed our ‘indoor preference’ to outside without a hitch and you could not have been nicer about it. Thank you very much!

Please return to pre-pandemic French fries, they were great. The post-pandemic fries are not nearly as good.

Post pandemic, the menu is shorter and prices have increased. The food was indifferent. The mussels were smothered under a heavy cream sauce. They tried to charge my dining partner for a substitution, even though it was for health reasons (celiac). The very idea that they mentioned it was offensive and spoiled the dinner for us.

Ok restaurant. Not authentic French. Pommes frites looked like and tasted like frozen fries not crispy, thin & delicious like the real thing. But convenient location on 57th street makes it popular with tourists.
