Enjoy views of the Grampians while enjoying innovative, nature driven food at Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel. The menus are dictated by the produce harvested from the hotels organic Kitchen Garden, the largest of its kind in Australia. The home grown fruit, vegetables, nuts and herbs are teamed with the Royal Mail’s own beef and lamb and the best from other local producers.

The signature experience is the multi course tasting menus. An internationally recognised award winning wine collection allows sommeliers to match wine with each course. You can choose wines from the list by the glass or bottle to complement your meal at Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel.

    Astonishing Australiana landscape view. Minimalistic elegance and effortless sleek style. Warm and personal service. Exciting and delicious food that tells a story in each dish. Creativity and originality in the use of ingredients and menu. One of the most delightful dinning experiences of my life.

    Wow! The hype for this restaurant is valid. Impeccable service, jaw dropping views, amazing food both in flavour and presentation, and a wine pairing that stretched the world!

    Really disappointing experience. Service was poor, food was overly sweet throughout the entire meal and extremely underwhelming at the price point. The restaurant itself was far too crowded and noisy. There are far better degustations available at better prices.

    a complete dining experience, almost food theatre, the staff were brilliant, food was unbeliavable, view superb and the wine list mind boggling..even the background music was great
