   The service was great, as was the food quality. The menu is limited but everything was well prepared and extremely delicious. Out table ordered the burger, fish tacos, shrimp pasta, and lobster roll, everything was great. I recommend this restaurant.

   Our family was so looking forward to an early Easter Dinner (2:15 pm) at Row 34 Cambridge. However, we were all very disappointed in the food preparation, quantity, and quality. I expected that this would be an expensive meal, but we also expected a wonderful meal and experience. The food quality was very poor. The $68.00 Lobster Rolls (we had 3 for $204.00 plus tax & tip) were bland, tasteless, and small. The Toro Tuna Pastrami appetizer was terrible - it was a very poor use of the tuna. The raw bar oysters were good, as was the fried oyster appetizer. However, everything else (Lobster Bisque, Blue Crab Bowl, and gluten-free roll for one of the Lobster Rolls) was very poor tasting and of low quality for the price and reputation of this establishment. Our server was very good and made the best of it. We still tipped him 20% because it was not his fault. This was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning to Row 34 anytime soon. We were excited about a really nice Easter meal at Row 34 Cambridge. Instead, we came away very disappointed with the food quality, the tastes provided, and the exorbitant cost for the quality provided. Almost everything we ate was bland, tasteless, and expensive (for what it was). We expected an expensive, really good meal. The good meal did not happen - only the expensive part. I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The value and fine dining experience were just not there.

   Do they do this for every patron? Mentioned it was my birthday when I made the OpenTable reservation. Was handed “Hey! It’s your birthday!” menus when we sat down, along with complementary glasses of champagne. Then got a free appetizer: scallop tacos. Finally, a free slice of carrot cake for dessert. I figure that’s about $60 of free vittles. I’m definitely impressed and will certainly be back! Felt very noticed!

   Pan seared trout was swimming in butter or oil. I could only eat half. Also, service was very slow.

   The food is great. But, it is so noisy that my companion and I could not have a comfortable conversation. Why the music needs to be so loud I will never understand.

   We chose Row 34 to catch up with a friend. All our food was great. We ordered calamari for the table, and whole fish, salmon and cod for the individual dishes. Our waitress was extremely attentive and pleasant. My biggest complaint is the music. Do you really need it? Is it purely to move patrons out? It would be nice to go out to dinner without the unnecessary device disrupting what would otherwise be a lovely dinner.

    Tuna crude was to die for. Pasta with shrimp should have been hotter. Service was superb.
