    Waiter was terrible. He forgot to put in one of our parties entrees that had a 20 minute cook time. So they rest of us had our food while one had none. Once he made that error, he never came back to our table. So, that left ya having to grab the other waitress all night to get anything. Normally everything here is perfect, but this waiter needs to go.

    This was our first time here! We are staying in Destin so it’s about a 25 minute drive. Well worth the trip!!! Definitely love the long table concept! Met some lovely people. If you want to go for a private dinner, this is not for you. We also didn’t know Tuesday was tapas and were expecting to do the tasting menu so we were a little disappointed. We were able to create our own “tasting” with the offerings. So it ended well. The food was fabulous and the staff was great! Worth finding!!!

    Roux 30-A is one of the best restaurants on 30-A. We’ve had many great meals here and are looking forward to many more. Last night’s New Year’s Eve dinner was spectacular. Thank you to Chef and all!
