The 5 course dinner, served in an authentic Italian COMMUNAL SEATING Style, will guide you around Italy to discover regional dishes & family recipes that Chef Dario wants to share with all of you. Perfectly paired the Wines will enhance the flavors & will complete your experience at Rosmarino. Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for drinks & cocktails. Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. We are never disappointed; there are no bad choices on the menu. Today, we had the Insalatona, which was delightfully refreshing, followed by the Pasta Vecchia Modena, which was delicious.

For 2 people, share plates from the different course selections. This way you will not miss out on wonderful salads, pastas, and dinners. The porchetta salad was large but really tasty . We had a ravioli special that was light but equally yummy. The lamb special was to die for, especially a puree of parsley. Let Dario help with a wine pairing. You will not be disappointed !

Always a pleasure to enjoy authentic Italian food. The service is always knowledgeable and excellent. The Nebbiolo was excellent as well.
