The 5 course dinner, served in an authentic Italian COMMUNAL SEATING Style, will guide you around Italy to discover regional dishes & family recipes that Chef Dario wants to share with all of you. Perfectly paired the Wines will enhance the flavors & will complete your experience at Rosmarino. Join us for an ITALIAN CULINARY NIGHT in Newberg, OR! The event is a 21 & over (ID REQUIRED) with 2 seating at 5 PM & 7:30 PM. Doors open 30 minutes prior for drinks & cocktails. Chef Dario will guide you through a 5 Courses dinner, with his authentic Italian accent, fun storytelling & wine knowledge. The ticket price includes 5 courses meal paired with 5 different wines. We went for a work lunch and ordered the Prosciutto & Burrata Salad, it was delicious and large enough to share for the three of us. We each ordered our own pasta; the portion size was perfect. The variety of pasta made it hard to choose, we liked the Wild Boar Tagliatelle and the Bolognese. Can't make a wrong choice here. For Dessert we had the Chocolate Salami, Panna Cotta and Lemon Mascarpone Berry Cake. Can't wait to go back for dinner!

Always a fun experience with Dario acting as host/MC. I highly recommend the Italian wine paring dinner on Saturday. My fifth time, and the food and wine are always outstanding.

Dario and Sheena have developed the perfect dining experience... If you like authentic Italian dining. The dining space, the food, the wine and of course your hosts are the real deal... just as you'd find in a family style Italian restaurant in Firenze or Sienna or Milano! Our dining experience Five courses: Inizio: prawns and asparagus with campari tomato aioli Fabulous roasted prawns with an asparagus that was perfectly al dente Antipasto: Slow cooked pork- tender, succulent on purple with a licorice aioli. Really! Prefect paring of flavors! Primo:Risotto- Roasted Bell pepper pesto- aromatic and tangy sweet Secondo: Lamb chop...on smoked potato mousse! Perfectly cooked tender and moist lamb chop. The potato mousse, slightly smoky and aromatic Dolce: Grapefruit foam... succulent and sweet with a hint of bitter Strawberry gelato. Fresh strawberry in full flavor

What a visual and delicious feast. Dario and his team are warm, welcoming and incredibly talented. Our winemakers dinner experience was top notch and I’d highly recommend this culinary adventure to anyone. The time and attention detail is outstanding. Can’t wait to visit again!
