A place for casual fun and social engagement, this laid back restaurant and bar with sweeping views of the New Orleans skyline is a perfect place to start — and finish — your night in New Orleans. Current safety guidelines preclude table service. We are not currently taken reservations at this time, its on a first come first serve. On busy nights, there may be a wait. Planning an upcoming soiree and want to really impress your guests? Reserve our expansive rooftop which provides built-in views and a unique place you can really make your own in a nontraditional setting.

Hubby and I always have a great time . We are regulars and love it here . Bartenders and Service is great ! Cooks are awesome. Food is succulent and the VIEW is totally STUNNING . Hubby was Honored with a Small Family gathering for his BDay by his Wifey . We had a Suite at the Higgins and Memories that will forever be remembered. Thomas (Executive Chef) is Amazing . Thank you all so very much !

We were guests at the hotel and My reservation was made for 845pm and when we arrived I was told they weren't doing reservations and it was open seating (there were no seats available). They told us we could order but they closed at 9pm. Never saw a server, had to walk up and get the bartenders attention just to be told what I stated above. We left and went somewhere else. Highly disappointed.

It was raining so we had to sit inside despite our outside reservations, which was fine. Service was great. Food was subpar. Definitely not worth what we spent on it. You definitely pay for the experience.

The view is the best in the city. No other buildings in the way. Drinks were tasty too!

Took a very long time to get our entrees. When asked what the issue was, was told that the chef had to go to get more burgers. I believe our order was misplaced. At least, tHe server gave us her discount. I would not recommend ordering food here.

We had to make a reservation to have a limited menu of burgers, Caesar salad and chicken sandwich. Service was mediocre. No heaters so you could sit outside on the patio. I know COVID is still a concern, but every other restaurant manages a decent menu with good options. When you have to make a reservation, the menu should be better.

Let’s survive America. We hope all is well . Thomas the Executive Chef is Amazing . Staff is awesome and safe to dine . We sat Outdoor on the Roof with Hubby , Son and I . It was Beautiful as always . We was regulars prior to the awful pandemic.

The excellent staff at Rosie’s was welcoming and gracious throughout our dinner. While the menu was limited due to the virus, each individual in our party was pleased with their food choices. Our waiter, a young man originally from overseas, was pleasant and informative. Also, I complimented the chef on her delicious, light and seemingly greaseless fried, oysters, crab beignets and bacon wrapped brussel sprouts.
