   We usually find the food at Rosie’s very good. We try to take advantage of the Local Breakfast at least every week. Sadly service was very slow and even then the plates were cold. Interesting Rosie’s has removed the Keno screes as they were “distracting.” We could have used some distraction with Keno while waiting 30 minutes for breakfast! UPDATE: Keno Screens now back in Rosies!

   We had breakfast three times at Rosie's. Both times we had excellent service from the wait staff. We had friends from Australia with us and he likes his toast Burnt...and I do mean Burnt...and it arrived blackened and he was very pleased. Thank you for being open!

   They need to hire more staff. One person can't cash out customers and seat incoming customers on a busy weekend. They also need to upgrade their menu. They are still using their civic paper scaled down menus. They need more variety.

   Don’t bother to make a reservation because they don’t honor it and make you wait in line. Took 40 minutes to get seated when I had a reservation. Food was good but nothing to write home about.

   They did not/refused honor the reservation. Can’t comment on the food and waitstaff but I can’t complete this review without giving a rating. This place is inside the Nugget Casino in Sparks NV. Upon arrival the hostess/gatekeeper said they do not take reservations on the weekend, and it is an hour wait. I had a confirmed reservation in hand reserved on Open Table at 6pm for 7/29/23 which was a Sat. She said that their system does not talk to Open Table’s system, and she can put me on the wait list and that is all. We were there for a concert that started at 8pm and were counting on this reservation as our drive up was 2.5 hours. Not honoring the reservation completely put us out, us showing up with the reservation put the hostess out. We explained that there was no notice at Open Table that they do not take reservations on the weekends. Hostess, not hearing any of it then says, "there is a In and Out Burger a mile up the road and a Starbucks across the lobby". This was not up for discussion. Look we are reasonable and understand mistakes happen, however there was no apology at all, they didn't even pretend to care or remotely try work something out, we were completely treated as nuisance. So, there you have it, be forewarned that there are no options to eat on the fly at the casino and limited places nearby off property, the Nugget and Rosie’s Café is not in a great location. Go elsewhere if can. BTW the folks at In and Out Burger greeted us with a smile and great service, perhaps management at The Nugget and Rosie's Cafe should a send some of their folks over to In and Out for some basic customer service training.

   Thank you, the food was good. Portions were too large, though. Service was great even though they were understaffed. A very nice experience.

   The food was excellen, and the port.ions were generous. Service was a little slow since they appeared to be shorthanded, but since we were not in a hurry, it wasn't a problem.

   Seated quickly, but did take a little while to have someone take our order. Our food came very quickly after our order. The servers are all friendly and do a good job.
