   Good vibes. Hot date. Great food, but I think we fell victim to the hype and our expectations were set a littttttttle too high.

   We had reservations. After a 15/20 minute delay we were generously offered Prosecco and a delish appetizer. The management apologized profusely offering these very generous olive branches. Our wait staff was extremely knowledgeable providing the perfect suggestion for the appropriate wine to accompany our food order. Every dish was superb! Our wait staff and entire restaurant staff could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable and fun! Love love love Rosemary! Don’t miss it!

   Outstanding, as always. Loved the bartender Aidan and server Thomas. All five dishes were excellent, as was the dessert.

   An excellent Easter brunch. Great shared options and the drinks were well enjoyed. A very good value. Great to be back for another fine Rose Mary experience. Thanks!

   We went to Rose Mary for our anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint. From the food to the service, every aspect of our experience was wonderful. Our waiter was so nice and gave us recommendations which was on point. The food was absolutely delicious especially the zucchini fritters and the tortellini djuvec. We also had the stracciatella, the mezzaluna pasta along with the crostata - all of which was yummy. We also had the sherry cordial which was something different but also very delicious. The restaurant was so nice by giving us complimentary champagne and pistachio gelato to celebrate! Will definitely go back to try other things on the menu!

   Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We were two people and ordered 4 dishes to share at the recommendation of our server. The grilled clams and mafaldine were stand outs, but the skradin risotto and apples & endive salad were also incredibly delicious. The service couldn’t be better and the space is gorgeous.

   Everything was incredible from the food to the wine pairings! We especially loved the cacio e pepe and the pork ribs- will definitely return!

   All the entrées were very delicious. I wish they would have come to the table hotter, though the bus boys food runners were great. Our server was not relatable or connected to what we needed and I’m glad we chose to order more food. She did not promote size and quantity of entrées. Over I hope the server could’ve been more attentive.

   Three out of five (hot) dishes served lukewarm (even the coffee was cold), our server tried to clear the table while we were still eating (it was 9 pm) and brought the check WITH the dessert (hint, hint - get out!). Food was fine but really did not live up to the hype, especially when it wasn't served hot. We politely detailed our experience on the way out to the manager who smiled and dismissed us. These folks seem to have perhaps bought their own hype? Many more interesting dining options in Chicago with innovative food served hot by servers and managers who make you feel welcome. I had high hopes for you, Rose Mary, but will not be back.

    Server are always nice every time when I visit here, but unfortunately not yesterday.
