   It was freezing in there first and foremost. Our waitress was not attentive and had no urgency and some of the things we asked for. Asked for a side of pesto for our bread which came 30 minutes later after we were finished eating our bread. Served our food, but didn’t even ask us if we wanted cheese like you normally have on hand And was just overall terrible experience for the first time coming to macaroni Grill. I’m not sure if it’s due to the new ownership because there was an even anyone in there but for other tables. She didn’t even write her name with the crayon upside down, the way, macaroni Grill would do, I will go back but not to that location

   Horrible experience. This location was not clean despite only having maybe 2 other tables with guests outside of my family of 5. We were greeted with attitude from the host. I guess saying hello and notifying her of our reservation, ruined her day. Empty restaurant but still had to wait to be seated and when we were seated it was in the back corner next to the restroom (is it racial?). The floor was sticky and the air conditioner was on full blast so it was 30 below zero. After asking for a table change and being told there would be another 10 min wait, We finally just walked out. Never again.

   They were short staff and we waited 20 minutes after being seated before the waiter came by. We ordered salads with dinner but they forgot to bring them. Food was okay.

   The waitress was not very helpful, it’s like she didn’t want to elaborate when we asked her questions. She seemed like she had a hang over or something. She was not very friendly did not smile at all.

   Me and my wife came in for our Friday night date night. Food was great and service was excellent.

   The restaurant was very cold and when we asked for the heat to be turned up it got colder. Not sure if the heater was not working but it was very uncomfortable especially when it was a cold rainy day. We could not wait to leave. Some of our party’s food was just lukewarm. Our waitress was very sweet and provided us with good service.

   Lots of empty booths but had to wait with our reservation. The bartender was alone and swamped. Sat down and our server told us the manager had to work the kitchen due to being short staffed. Our server forgot a few of our items. Not a huge deal with this restaurant is obviously going through something.

   Everything was very good. No complaints. The only bad thing was that I didn't get my receipt on the end to add the amount into my rewards...

    servers should not be mean to guests/customers, if you do not like the job please do not work in a restaurant business because guests came from their busy work celebrating special day , hungry with family / kids & dont deserve to be treated the way people got treated last night, i really do think that we are not the only one who had the worst experience/bad experience that is for sure. made a reservation but did not get to sitdown after like about 45mins? really? we have to follow up with the host, on why they are not ready? again we made a reservation we are on time & was confirmed so why our table is not ready they know we also confirmed and we are coming? if you are short staff or not enough people in the kitchen or servers why did you accept reservation? our special family day turned unsuccessful it was a nightmare, never again please whoever company owns romano should keep an eye on your staff, train them to be kind and nice to people because its really bad.
