   We saw the poor reviews this restaurant has and we still decided to give it a chance. Immediately upon arrival we noticed the amount of smoke in the whole place, made our eyes watery. Our waitress came to the table 2 times, we asked for items that were never brought to the table, we were waiting for refills on drinks and soup and never came. The soups were cold, the chicken caprese was dry and the salad on the plate was so dark that I would not even serve it to a turtle. My pasta was very salty and the drinks were so sweet that were not drinkable. Service and food were deplorable.

   This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. Went for the Valentine’s Day special with my boyfriend with a reservation for 7:15pm. We were seated at 8:40pm. The whole restaurant was hazy with smoke from something that seemed to have burned in the kitchen. Once seated, we did not see our server for 15 minutes. She did not once fill our water. Our food was room temp and very mediocre tasting. After we were finally done eating, it took 30 minutes to even find our waitress (who was MIA). We left the restaurant at 10:45pm. I will never return to this establishment or any other Macaroni Grill.

   Didn’t have a table ready for us basically blamed Opentable the manager wasn’t helpful or nice . Finally was seated at 730

   We went here for an Anniversary dinner and it was THE WORST! We made reservations and they still made us wait 40 min to be seated! The staff was seating other people and had an attitude every time we would say something. Making a reservation pointless here! When we FINNALY got seated and ordered... all of the appetizers they were all cold. One of the appetizers didn’t even come out until there food was finished. We also had silverware with dried food on it and stains. I ordered the gluten free pasta and when i got it the noddles were not cooked. I complained and changed it for the salmon. Salmon was cold and burnt. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!

   Made reservations at 8:30 for 4 on Valentine’s Day. Got to restaurant at 8:15. Checked in with hostess who said reservations for that night were invalid because they had taken over 400 reservations for that night so no reservations were being granted & we would need to be put on waiting list for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Luckily, or so we thought, a bar waitress got us a table in bar area. She sat us, then continued to ignore us. It was a busy night granted but she didn’t have to seat us only to ask for our drink order 20 minutes later, then take another 20 minutes just to bring our waters. My husband finally got the bartender to make our drinks on a separate order & he delivered them to our table. 20 minutes after that our food order was taken. Our soups were cold & my soup bowl had residual food left on the inside of bowl. So nasty. 20 minutes after that waitress said she would check on our food. Didn’t see her again for another 30 minutes. Once we finally received our food, it was also very cold because it had been sitting waiting on her to pick it up & bring to us. During the meal, she mentioned that another table ‘up & left without paying’. I assume she told us that to overlook her horrible service or to feel sorry for her. As a former waitress, I can say this was by far the worse service & food I have ever received. We didn’t leave the restaurant until close to 11:00 pm after being seated at 8:20. I understand it was Valentine’s Day but no restaurant should take reservations if they aren’t going to honor them & have their worst waitresses working on one of their busiest nights. The whole thing was very unfortunate. I won’t go back.

   My husband and I reserved a table here for dinner on Valentine’s Day. We got there just before our 7:30 reservation time and we’re told there were 2 still ahead of us and there would be a 10-15 minute wait. When we checked after 15 minutes they now said there were 6 parties ahead of us. It was actually about 8:20 when we were finally seated, 50 minutes past our reservation time. We had a really sweet server (Nia) but our appetizer of crispy artichokes was dripping with grease and NOT at all crispy. Our entrees however were very good and the cannoli was also good for dessert. But this was not the relaxing evening we had looked forward to. The management had grossly overbooked reservations and did not have enough staff to cover all the tables. Do not think I’ll go back.

   They over booked their reservations so everyone was waiting 30 to 40 minutes past their reservation time. Once finally seated and placed order the food came out cold and not good. I won’t be returning. Horrible experience!

   Maybe it was because of Valentine's Day - but the moment we walked in it felt chaotic. The whole place was filled with smoke that burned my eyes. We had a ^:15 reservation and did not get seated till at least 6:45. Took a while for someone to even come to the table...but after our orders were placed the food came out fast. Caesar salads had almost no dressing and the grilled shrimp on them was few and over cooked and dry. Will never go out to dinner on this holiday again....not sure about coming back...

    Went on Valentines Day with my wife. Arrived early and had a drink at the bar before being seated. Hostess was very nice and thanked us for booking with them on Valentines Day. Restaurant was near full but our waitress was prompt and food was awesome as usual.
