   We arrived and after a short wait were seated. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and no one waited on us. I told a passing employee that we had yet to see our waitress/waiter. About 10 minutes later (30 minutes after being seat, mind you) a waitress finally arrived and took our order. The order arrived in a timely fashion, we ate and then waited for 15 minutes before our bill was brought to us. THEN, we waited another 15 minutes for someone to take our visa and because no one ever came, I walked the bill up to a woman standing in front of a computer and explained that we would like to pay our bill. She was nice enough to cash us out. Also, my husband ordered a "small" glass of red wine, received a "small" glass of red wine but was charged for a "large." Needless to say, it was not a good experience!

   I love this restaurant so being disappointed by the service sucked. It took forever to get drinks or apps ordered, we never got asked if we wanted any refills on alcohol or even water. We never got the soups we ordered or even acknowledged that we didn’t get them. A table sat down 30 minutes after us and got their food well before us. It just felt like our server was never around. Food was good.

   We were seated then waited 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drinks order. They took another 20 minutes to bring our drinks. Calamari was fried way too long! It tasted bitter.My Husband's Steak was overcooked,ordered medium rare. Brussel sprouts were burned! My salmon was overcooked and dried! What a disappointment! We've been there before and it was not like this! I guess we are never coming back!

   Main course came before our appetizer! The server brought olive oil to our table but forgot to bring bread! We ordered stake and the stake knife fell on the floor when the server brought it to our table, he replaced it with a butter knife! The total on our bill was miscalculated and overcharged. Not the optimal experience especially on Valentine's day!

   Where to begin. There with another couple for Valentines and my wife’s birthday. Restaurant was understaffed and in total chaos. Took an hour to have our dinner choices taken after waiting previously to have a server acknowledge us and take our drink order. Filthy glasses lined the bar with patrons eating next to them. Little Manger assistance or oversight dealing with the issues. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

   Good food... valentines night of course crazy but they gandered it well including us getting there 45 minutes early. They sat us right down!

   It was not the experience I had hoped for. My food was cold when I got it my husband had a seafood dish and the clams were still frozen. My son had to go to the bar and get its own drink the soup was delivered no spoon and by the time it came the soup was cold.Our waitress definitely needed some training. My daughters silverware was dirty when it finally came for the desert.

   Service was VERY slow. They apparently forgot to order my pizza from the kitchen. The rest of our table got their food, and 15 min later, my pizza arrived. The crust was good, but my Margherita has minimal basil, leaves, and canned diced tomatoes rather than fresh baked tomato slices.

   Decided to take the family out for Christmas dinner for a change and made reservations here a few weeks prior. Were seated promptly upon arrival. Service started out good, getting our drinks and putting orders in. But then things slowed quickly as it appeared our server was assigned too many tables (the restaurant did get very busy). Took awhile to get our salads, and then never got a chance to get more even though we all had ordered the “unlimited” soup/salad option add on. Also took awhile to get drink refills. The food finally came out and good news is that all food was very good and served hot. Everyone liked their food, no issues. Unfortunately the long waits took away from what otherwise was a very good meal. Apparently the restaurant did not staff up appropriately for what looked like a busy holiday crowd.
