   Jolene our waitress was vey nice and friendly, we only had pizza tonight but have eaten there before and the food is amazing. We will be going back again before we leave St Maarten.

   Everything was fantastic! Our server was so attentive and checked on us several times despite being busy. The food and drinks were delicious. Loved the limoncello at the end of dinner - it was a nice touch. The outside seating was lovely.

   This is the restaurant in the Maho area, food is delicious and the service is excellent. Plan on trying this place, you will not be disappointed

   The food is decent, the cocktails are great and the servers are attentive/hard working. Roma can get really busy during high season and you may need to wait 30-45 minutes between appetizers and mains. Be aware that they do automatically apply a 15% gratuity to your bill, although interestingly their sister restaurant Mr Chow does not.

   Wife got ravioli and they were great. I got scallop and risotto and wasn't happy getting 3 scallops and a ton of risotto. Service was great tho...

    Arrived at our scheduled time and were promptly seated. Our waitress quickly came by with the menus and asked if we wanted water. She went and got the bottled water and before I even had looked at the menu she was back asking if we wanted anything else to drink. I said “I haven’t even looked at the menu”. She returned a few minutes later and asked for our drink order. I rushed and gave her my drink order and then she asked “do you know what you would like to order?” SMH rushed my drink order and now wanted us to order our meal. So for service they get a 3! The food was above average and the restaurant overall has a pleasant atmosphere. Would go there again.
