   An absolutely lovely restaurant in a very buzzy area. The menu choices and recommendations were all superb, but more importantly delivered.

   The service was very impersonal- get you in, get you out. Shame as food was good! I appreciate they need as many covers as possible but I think our entire meal (start/mains) was 45mins

   Really disappointed by the overall experience ! We always go to Rolys when back in Dublin. The quality of service and food was terrible, The lamb pie was really dry and inedible, spoke to the waitress about it and she had no interest in anything we said. This restaurant is supposed to be one of the best. Not sure we will come back.

   We had a lovely lunch at Rolys Bistro. The set menu was very reasonable in price. The food was delicious and they had a great selection. They catered for allergies and the staff were friendly and efficient. Always a great place to visit.

   I have read some reviews where customers said the food wasn’t up to its normal standard. We thought the food was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t have been more obliging. We had an extremely enjoyable night.

   The Dining experience was good ,if not exceptional for the prices being charged for food and wine ,but the maitre d' at reception was not at all pleasant. We were not greeted with a smile but a gruff "name please" and while he was looking for our booking his mobile phone rang which he immediately answered without apology and we were left waiting at the desk for a few minutes before he arranged for a waiter to accompany us to our table. Those few minutes ,where we were being ignored by the maitre d' coloured the whole evening and left a sour taste so it was difficult to enjoy the food and we will not be back.

   Rolys never cease but to please us. Food always excellent with a wide choice. Grear value for money on their two courses set menu at €41pp.

   Roly's Bistro proved a great choice for our Saturday lunch gathering: 8 of us. The upstairs restaurant with high ceiling & our round table was ideal for a leisurely catch-up. The menu is varied enough for all tastes, with fish, seafood & lots of tasty veg. to share. The front staff & kitchen kindly accommodated our sharing of starters & desserts, good wine & the service was exemplary. Plenty of on-street parking nearby (eg Clyde Road). Thanks!
