   We were here for the first time for a birthday party (57 year old). "Kevin from Schaumburg" was our chef. He was so fun and energetic. Made the whole experience great for our entire party of nine. Our server, maybe Tergel, was prompt and patient with us newbies. Meats and seafood were fantastic. Fried rice and soup were nothing special but weren't horrible. Salad was crisp. Excellent sauces - teriyaki, ginger, and horseradish. $13 pina colada was meh. Next time I'll stick with water (which was iced and good - I'm picky about my water) A bit spendy but expected that. We will definitely return.

   It was good as usual but was disappointed that the scallops were so small and a bit overcooked. Everything else was very good!

   This restaurant is smoky and loud. No room between the tables and poor ventilation if any. When we left the restaurant we were covered with a film of oil that smelled of the food served. The chicken was tough and inedible. I would not recommend this restaurant. We had to throw our clothes in the wash and take a shower immediately. The ventilation is non existent.

   Our first time visiting and we had a party of 16 for my husband’s birthday and they were able to accommodate by putting us at two tables facing each other which was awesome! Especially on a Saturday at 6pm! We were sat pretty quickly as well. Everyone was friendly, our chefs were entertaining and the food/portions were great! Will definitely return.

   Good food, great service. Bathrooms need help. Felt really RUSHED! Not the same as it used to be. No "show" at the table...

   With all the rave reviews I was honestly expecting it to be great! I’ve had lots of hibachi at different places. It was just like the others. We brought friends from Michigan, whom never have had it and had a birthday. Eh

   This was a rather forgettable experience. The food was bland, appetizers (tempura) seemed undercooked and lacking altogether the umami flavors I normally associate with these Japanese dishes.
