   Excellent food, service and atmosphere. My only criticism would be that some of the portion sizes are very small. Where the menu suggests one portion for 2 people, ignore, it’s only big enough for 1.

   Food was great but service is underwhelming - table wasn’t ready for 15 minutes, then high table instead of counter table (which we had booked) was given, ordering was slow and getting hold of someone for a drink took 20 minutes, staff is constantly running around the restaurant which kills the atmosphere a bit. We’d requested a special birthday moment at the end and the restaurant had previously messaged about this but on the day nothing happened. A shame, since the food is fantastic and portions are generous.

   Food was delicious, just let down by the filler steak main that just tasted a bit odd.

   I visit Charlotte street ROKA fairly regularly, so expected the same service in the Mayfair branch. Unfortunately was quite disappointed. The service was very very poor. The staff were not bothered at all. We also had to send one dish back as it was not fresh. I won’t be returning to the Mayfair branch.

    Service was very poor, had to ask repeatedly for water. Offered still or sparkling (in the interests of the environment tap water should be offered). Food was good.
