   We had a great meal. Time was tight because of performance tickets but they made it happen. I really like this restaurant- it's consistently very good.

   Best lunch in New Haven! The Prix Fixe lunch has incredible options and all delicious. We shared appetizers and all were outstanding. Friendly service and warm atmosphere. LOVE YOU, ROIA!

   This was an amazing date night restaurant. We went on a Sunday and were sat in the bar area. The bartender was a great server and made an amazing cocktail. Loved his recommendations on getting two pastas and a main to share. Would absolutely go back.

   Atmosphere was awesome! Food was delicious!!! Innovative and different! Small plates are definitely SMALL - but entree size was generous. Service was very slow but it was very very busy and I think they were a little overwhelmed. Would definitely go back for sure!

   Great experience. Food was delicious. The chef came over to us and chatted for a few minutes. Well worth the trip for the food and personal attention.

   Chef/owner Avi Szapiro's mastery of cooking and hospitality is the key to this restaurant in a city that can sometimes seem impersonal. Every time we go, we find innovation, warmth, excellent food and attentive service, and, if we are lucky, we get an Avi sighting, as he is always so pleasant to talk to.

   My wife and me celebrated our first saint valentines as a married couple here... and boy did this place did not disappoint! The food and service were excellent A+. The quality of the food was outstanding. The Staff was very attentive. A little in the expensive side but we had a great experience. Will be coming back definitely!

   The food was all delicious (I was happy to have a great vegan option), the service was very friendly and attentive, and the ambience was just right for a nice dinner with my fiancé.

    The food and drinks are always very good here, however the service is lacking. In our past two visits, it has taken an exceptionally long time to get our food. Also, there isn't bread service available (which I recall their being in the past). I asked for bread since we were waiting a long time for our appetizers and my son was getting hungry. They proceeded to bring out 2 pieces of grilled bread for our table of 4. We also were ready to order dessert, but after being there for almost 2 hours and waiting another 10 minutes for our server to come back and take our order, we decided against it and walked around the corner for ice cream. Overall, I always enjoy our meal here, but it's never first on my list because of the service.
