   The drinks were good. We enjoyed our cocktails. The food was tasty, but the servers took a while to come to our table with the meat. We were left waiting for a while, and we were disappointed with the lack of variety.

   The beef was not done very red I like my beef bit pink but this was too much the outside was burned and over seasoned. Very disappointed been to a couple of brazilian all you can eat restaurants but much better food then here.

   Then standard of the food has gone downhill since Rodizio started. All the meet was salty or overcooked. The nicest dish was the roasted potatoes from the buffet. Was definitely not happy paying £27 for the food, and will not be going back.

   The meat was either very salty or very bland and it took them ages to get to us. When they did come to our table, they wouldn’t attend to everyone on the table. I’ve been once before and it was fine then so I am very surprised and disappointed with my experience this time

   As a regular visitor to Rodizio Rico I was very disappointed to find the meat tough and. I where near as good as previous experiences. Very disappointing for the price.

   Been here on many occasions but this time the meat quality was very poor some of it not even chewable It was our 20th wedding anniversary on the day and we booked in advance stating thus They didn’t even look at the booking and then when we got home we had a message to say that we hadn’t turned up Won’t be back after about 25 visits Most Staff here couldn’t care less about customers

   Food is nice and plentiful, definitely good value for money. However it is very difficult to get a waiter/waitresses’ attention to order drinks, etc. Waitress with the brown, curly pony tail several times watched us trying to get someone’s attention but stayed just standing around.

    The meats were extremely salty so we couldn't enjoy the selection much. Weekday price should be cheaper than the weekend. I had my staff discount card which allows me to discounts at majority of businesses at the o2 including Rodizio, however when I showed the waitress she looked at me like I was crazy and didn't bother to go look into it so my discount wasn't applied. The mains buffet is quite limited and food like the lasagne had gone cold. You're paying like £3 for a glass of basic juice poured from a carton, and a can of soft drink. My friend really needed to charge her phone and no plugs close by and the only one available on the other side of the room was not working as another diner found out. We ended up paying a few pennies short of £80 including service charge, the shock as we hardly ate or even enjoyed the food. We were highly disappointed and money wasted.
