Server spilled my drink all over table said “oh sorry” then walked away. I thought to get a rag, I was wrong. She never came back. 20 minutes later I had to grab her as she helped the table next to us. I ask for another drink and a rag to wipe the table. Terrible server!!!

Food is always spectacular! Our waitress was fantastic. We never went without anything. Even if we didn't make the reservation, I watched people get seated in minutes on a busy Friday night.

We hit up this restaurant before going to see Dear Evan Hansen at the opera house. First time. Typical pub style food. Portions were minimal and didn’t look anything like the pics in the menu. For the price, expected a bit more.

Our Bartender and our Waitress were pleasant and professional, job well done. The Host (a well groomed young man) was seemingly untrained and not up to the pressure of simultaneously keeping numerous balls in the air. The poor guy was confused and nearly tripping over himself. Every business owner and manager should remember that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.

Amateur hour. Sunday afternoon- 90 degrees outside and they have “open air” windows open. Very uncomfortable and lots of flies. Table for 5- they crammed us into a table for 4. Asked for a different table- was told they had no servers available. Kids burger came out wrong- asked for a new one- they said the kitchen was really busy. Server was awful.

Seeking a moderately priced and casual quick bite before the show, we chose Rock Bottom for its proximity to The Wilbur Theatre. Food was good, not great. A Cobb salad and a French Dip sandwich, followed by a shared slice of cheesecake. Although outdoor seating is available, we chose to dine indoors because of the heat and humidity that day (90’s in late afternoon.). Once seated we discovered the 15-foot wide sliding doors to the outdoor patio were left open, bringing all the heat and noise of the city indoors. Blaring sirens from the frequent emergency vehicles driving by made conversation difficult. Although not sweltering, the heat in the dining room was unexpected and certainly didn’t enhance our experience. I might return, but only during a season I could be assured of an enclosed, climate-controlled dining room.

The waitress was ignoring us. They forgot our drinks then they said they had to re-order them but it was too late we had tickets to the game then the drinks came anyway because They have found the order

Food was just average, place is dirty, service was slow and with oversights. Part of our order came after we were done.
