   My friend and I had a lovely meal. The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait for the pudding, which apparently was because they were making the custard which was delicious. Excellent value for money.

   Food was really nice service was great. Can tell it had just had a renovation undertaken was just missing something vital. Something to block the sun out . Fixed blinds not adjustable

   The Robin Hood at Pennington in Leigh has become a firm pre-match favourite for my son and I when going to watch the Leopards play at the Sports Village. It's a homely place that serves tasty pub food in a lovely, warm atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Service is top notch and the meals are all freshly prepared. Going to the Robin Hood for tea is a lovely treat and I can heartily recommend it. We have never had a bad meal there.
