   Amazing experience! Each time my wife and I come to HHI/Bluffton, we try a new restaurant. This trip it was the River House and it did not disappoint. The drive to River House was chock full of low country / southern charm. The Palmetto Bluff community is breathtaking. We were seated promptly and the service was above and beyond. The staff at the River House are top notch and very polite. Our meals were perfectly cooked and the portions were spot on. After dinner I surprised my wife with a visit to Hush. This was the perfect way to end the evening and top off our visit to the River House.

   Once again, the River House was outstanding! From the moment we sat down, the staff treated us like we were the only ones dining. The head waiter, Bryce, answered all of our questions about the menu with incredible detail. The food was delicious! This is my favorite restaurant and I would highly recommend The River House to anyone looking for at top notch dining experience.

    Our waiter Bennie was terrific, very knowledgeable and always smiling. Food and portions were good although the cheesecake was the smallest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever eaten. Overall a fun time, will probably return.
