Here at RISÜ, our goal is to create and serve libations and gourmet food on the beautiful Rainbow Bridge in Long Beach!

RISÜ means "Smile", which explains the two dots over the U! It's our ultimate goal to make you smile at our service, food, and drinks!

We are a full bar with delicious food. Our food is American- style tapas and we also offer wonderful sharable plates with changing seasonal items.

Come on in and sit on our beautiful outdoor, Covid Compliant patio. Enjoy your friends, the atmosphere and of course our beautiful wine, beer, spirits and gourmet food.

What a fantastic find! Love sitting outside with all the lights from the rainbow bridge. The many heaters kept me warm and the delicious cocktails helped ;) The food was really good and can't wait to go back to try more dishes.

2nd time back. Great location with the current holiday lighting. Indoor and outdoor options. Live music both times we went. Limited but good food menu.

Had lunch here for the first time. My kids enjoyed the bottomless mimosas and the restaurant was kind enough to send home a bottle since it was one's birthday. We had the BBQ chicken flatbread, salmon wrap, and short rib cheese sandwich. The latter was the bomb.

Sat us right away. Water came out fast but drinks took 10-15 min. Conundrum wine tasted old--vinegary and carbonated. Food was excellent, but took almost 40 minutes for the first plate. At that point they said they were out of one item we ordered. Ordered something else and they forgot to ring it in until we were almost done with our food. They made it right by comping the item that was late. They were mostly communicative about the time. Seems like the place could use better management. Maybe it was an off night. 🤷‍♀️

Completely unstaffed. We left after waiting 15 minutes without so much as being served water.

One server for the entire restaurant. Food was bland. Such a disappointment. Definitely having troubles maybe because of the post Covid struggle for employees?

The food was fantastic!! The service was slow but they admitted that it was a really busy Monday night that they weren’t prepared for. The food made up for any wait time at all.

Lovely location, great food, very nice manager but the service is way off. We were attending show. Our food order took to long to be taken and two items were not served. Ryan, the manger, personable and nice, but no sense of respect to our time. We have been there twice, thought the first time was a fluke, but same issue with timing occurred. I hope it can improve. The food was wonderful. I’m just disappointed we didn’t get to have all of it. We had to leave and attend the theater
