   Absolutely delicious special! Had the halibut and gnocchi.. My colleague had the bison osso bucco! Wow. ... Impeccable service.

   First time coming to La Luna Rossa with my friend. There is a dress code in effect so definitely come in something classier than a hoodie and ripped jeans. Complimentary bread while you wait but if someone else orders an appetizer and you don't, be prepared to wait. In true European fashion if you get an appetizer, they'll bring it out, give you time to finish it, and then there will be a bit of a wait as they allow you to digest. This is when they'll start on your entrée. My suggestion is either to get an appetizer as well or be content with a lengthy wait. The food itself is absolutely delicious. Cooked fresh and ready to order! The gnocchi gorgonzola is like little pillows of heaven. Definitely worth a trip just to try that. Since the space is small there is only one waiter but he's charming and attentive. For the quality of food, the price is fair and definitely worth checking it out.

   Great "quaint" Italian restaurant with a family charm. The limited seating and great food explain why reservations on weekends (and I'm sure at other times) is a must. A little pricey, but it's worth it for this experience.

   I was quite surprised by the prices, and the fact bread came without fresh butter , to change from vegetables to pasta an extra 5 $ . The value was not here , and the food was ok but not stunning . I won' t be going back.

   While the restaurant seems to be owned and operated by a nice family, the quality of the menu and the ambiance of the room do not justify the prices. The food was good, but not great. The menu was limited, without anything really jumping off the page and tempting the palate. The service was pleasant. The music when we first arrived was horrid pop music, but that was soon changed to something more suitable. The room smelled faintly of bleach. Can't see that we would go back, when there are so many other options.

   The food was quite tasty but I thought a little pricey. Kind of a mom and pop shop where they really try to serve you. They just did a lot of etiquette faux pax that by the end of dinner kind of drove me nuts. Reaching across my wife to give me pepper, cleaning up our table while we're eating, using soda water to clean the table cloth among others. Food was great but this kind of took away from the evening.

    Our group of 4 people very much enjoyed our dining experience. The food was delicious, the prices reasonable and the service was excellent. This neighborhood restaurant is family run with a great deal of TLC. We appreciated the variety on the menu and the small cozy atmosphere. We will return....again and again...
