   The food was very good. Our only complaint was the meat selections were alittle slow in coming out. But, the meats were excellent. The sides and salad were very tasty. I read reviews that stated the salad bar was too small but I thought it was fine because the main reason you are there is for the meats. I believe they need to improve their service process for getting meat selections to the tables more quickly.

   My wife and I liked Rio's very much... We will definitely come back. However, a couple of things we noticed.... the sides dont really match the meats served... Rio's should offer a rice dish...like a Pilaf. The salad bar is pretty small. there was one point where it seemed like we were getting skipped when the meats were being offered... my wife said...should we go... I said no..I wanted to see how long our dry spell would last. it was almost 20 mins. It is a very young staff... The girl that sat us down and served us most of the time was very sweet. we really liked her...wish I remembered her name. All staff including the young Mgr. were really great. Overall... we'll be back for dinner again. :-)

   Chicken hearts dry; most of the food were warmed in a microwave, not grilled; the beans look that it was there for 3 days; the buffet is poor and nothing in there is really “brazilian”. There isn’t Farofa, that is basic in any brazilian steakhouse. Also none fresh vegetables/salad like Palm Tree, quail eggs, etc. The music is too loud, they probably play 5 songs and repeat it. Most of them are latin songs, not exactly from Brazil and definitely not the samba that you expect going to a brazilian restaurant. The place is really dead... brazil is a happy place, filled with happy people. There you wont find anything like that.

   The service was very good. The pace at which the food was brought out was right on point - not too quickly nor did we have to wait too long to be served. Everything from the meats served to the salad bar was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

   Good experience , we were celebrating our youngest daughter’s birthday We had an amazing experience at Texas Do Brazil on our trip to Memphis Tennessee celebrating our oldest daughter’s birthday Our experience at the restaurant at Memphis Tennessee was outstanding kudos to them

   The cost was not worth the food quality. We had to ask for the lamb meat and the waiter replied that he’d place the order for us to have it “again.” We told the staff that we wanted our meat “medium-rare” and it was over cooked every time. The drink menu doesn’t include caipirinha and the drinks we ordered were lacking. I wouldn’t recommend anyone try this place as it is not an authentic Brazilian churrasco experience.

   The all you can eat Brazilian meats are superb tasting and a great value. Really fantastic flavors..filet mignon, garlic beef, tri-tip, bacon wrapped smoky bar-b-que chicken, teriyaki chicken...just really awesome ! The meat servers come out of kitchen thru out your meal bearing large skewers of charbroiled meats right off the grill and carve yours right at your table..or slide you off a few "chunks" as the case may be.

   We went for Father's day my husband loved it he couldn't stop talking about the lamb all the meat was seasoned well and they just kept it coming and coming until we j could not eat anymore we will definitely go back soon

   Our family, including an infant, had a great time. Except for me, this was a first time for the Brazilian experience. Great food and excellent service.
