I was raised in Glendale MO, Went to Mary Queen of Peace, St John Vianney, Left for College in 1973, I never moved back but have been going to Regazzis since the 1960's...This was the worst visit, Requested table For 8 people in Bar, there was on one couple in Bar and we were taken to Middle Room, I should have spoken up, Eric our waiter was very friendly but out of control, he issues with Bartender, Kitchen etc.....Drinks did not come out all together, food did not come out as ordered nor all together, everything was either wrong as ordered, stretched out over 15 to 20 minutes on drinks and food nothing served at same time, we may never come back......we were into see my 93 yr old mother.......I asked if Riggazi's under new ownership, was told yes....IT WAS EVIDENT......WHAT A MESS WE ALL CAME AWAY VERY DISAPPOINTED, NO VEAL, NO FRENCH--BLUE CHEESE DRESSING, OVER COOKED CHICKEN----YEAH I SAW MY ORDER DELIVERED TO TABLE BY US AND THEN REMOVED SINCE THEY DID NOT ORDER, HAD TO ASK 4 TIMES ABOUT THE T-RAVS AS ERIC CALLED THEM....THEN THEY CAME WITH MOST FOOD OUT...SOGGY....tcg 513-260-7738

The restaurant was not very clean. I looked under the table because my foot was sliding, and it looks like it had not been clean under it in a while, and there was also food crumbs under there, and there was not a lot of people in the restaurant at the time and the bathrooms did not seem very clean on the floor either The food was OK. The pizza on the kids menu was basic. The kid menu side options were applesauce or fries. The apple sauce came in a tiny condiment holder. Overall, I don’t say that I will be coming back.

We had a reservation at 4:45 and did not get our food until 7:04. One person in our party never did get their food, and the quality of the food was very poor. The waitress was nervous and rude The entire time didn’t seem to understand their processes, and the manager didn’t care when we brought it to his attention. And they charged us gratuity automatically. Will NEVER go back there major disappointment . This was a special occasion and we had an out of town guest. I called to speak to the manager or owners the next day and did not get a call back.

The food was fantastic and our waiter was the best, he gave us a great run down on the menu and what they are known for. He did the best job keeping our drinks filled and our table clean.

I went to Rigazzi's for my 64th Birthday. I have never been in all these years. Fun atmosphere. Really good service. Mostaccoli was delicious. Great experience.

A very busy Monday for them, but did not have wine or appetizer that we ordered. Salads had to be asked for after we received our entree and they were missing ingredients. Waiter tried and gave us an appetizer we did not order for free. Food was fair, nothing special. Seated 40 minutes after our reservation time.
