The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and elegant, with candlelight, white tablecoths and rose boquet centerpieces. Rick's Chophouse is an excellent place to take a loved one for an intimate, romantic dinner. Next to the dining room is the lounge, where guests who just want to stop in for a cocktail or glass of wine can relax and talk over a drink. The stars of the menu are the steaks, which include prime rib, grass-fed ribeye, New York Strip, porterhouse and even elk. In addition to the steak dishes, Rick's Chophouse has a wide variety of soups, salads and seafood. One popular entree option is the diver scallops, which features baby kale, swiss chard, white beans, fingerling potatoes and mustard seed chorizo, all topped with a house-made vinagrette.
