   Great meal, great service, and consistent. Nice touches for a birthday with a signed card, free dessert, candle, etc. recommend level 10 highly for an upscale meal

   I had written an average revue about dining at Level 10 several weeks ago and received a phone call from Rebecca (dining room manager) asking me how they could improve on the experience. I mentioned a few things that could have been better and she thanked me and hoped that we would come back. We returned on April 10th and I couldn't believe how much things had improved in two weeks time. The windows were sparkling showing the beautiful view of the city and the distant mountains. The ambiance and service were excellent. The seared scallops over corn and lobster sauce was outstanding. Great Time, Great meal. We will be back for more!

   Consistently poor service and poor food execution. The place was created for convenience not for satisfaction. Good option for the hotel guests and for business gathering those looking for social conversation that would not pay much attention to the mediocre food, or service. Sometime, the inattentiveness of service works fine for those who do not want to be bothered. This place survives on lack of competition in the area.

   Unfortunately our waitress was not very attentive to our table, and being someone who had come here several times, we expected much more. Our drinks took 30 mins, our drinks came out differently the second round than they did the first round, the steak was cold, and the waiter at other tables checked up on us and fulfilled our needs more than our actual waitress. Our waitress was at our table waiting to see how much I was going to write her tip for than she was the entire rest of the dinner. We were very rarely checked up on, and being only a table of two, we should not have waited for our food for over an hour. I expected much more and was extremely disappointment and embarrassed with the guests I brought with the performance tonight. I expect much better in the future.

    There was confusion upon our arrival with a reservation and table availability. We were seated on the back outside patio at one of two tables. We waited 6 minutes before being greeted and served water. Then it was another 10 plus minutes before a server took our drink order. That was after we went to ask about receiving service. Our meal came in appropriate time and we did not see the server u til the end of the meal. No one asked about our food or if we would like another beverage. The “rare” ahi tuna was anything but that. It was a disappointing experience overall. I believe we were forgotten as we were not seated on the main deck or inside dining room. Regardless not what was expected for such a highly rated restaurant.
