    I have been to Rick Erwin's Greer several times and have always had a great time with food and service. To be fair, we were there quite late, a half hour before close and tried to expedite the ordering process. Our server was good and the people who work there very nice, but the food was really appalling for the first time. She crab soup and a caesar salad with chicken where the soup was really bad as if it was at the bottom of a tureen for ages and the greens for the salad were just nasty and the chicken really tasteless.

    Service was extremely slow. We had to ask for our server several times. It took almost 3 hours. It was not crowded and two tables seated after us dined and left before us. We frequent all the locations because we are fans of the restaurant.

    The food was excellent. David, the manager is an Arian like me and when I told him my bday is coming up Judy like his bday, (a day after his), I was surprised to get a cake with the sparking candle, it was Avery pleasant surprise. We also got a visit from the owner as we were dining at Greer location. Overall excellent experience. Thank you.
