Richmond Vault is a Gastropub, Craft Beer & Cocktail Bar located in a fantastic basement setting, right underneath two Georgian buildings in the town centre of Richmond Upon Thames.

The labyrinth of cosy nooks in the bar are perfect to have uniquely crafted cocktails and beers, and our elegant dining areas are found by the mezzanine and the lower-level restaurant with just the right amount of natural sunlight that comes through the roof windows to create a much desired ambiance!

Discover our new menus with our popular dishes and especially created cocktails for cocktail lovers or craft beer enthusiasts.

Unlock the vault experience by enjoying our Happy Hour from Tuesday to Friday starting 5:00PM till 7:00PM on selected drinks as well as Live Music on Fridays, DJ Night on Saturdays, and Chilled Music for Sunday Roast.

Since my last visit there has been some "modernisation". Unfortunately, this has taken away the draw of this bar/restaurant. Shame really.

Have been here in the past on quiet a number of occasions, this was the first time since the refurbishment and new menu. We both felt it was not as good as previously, the table service however was still excellent.

Service couldn’t fault it; Ambience almost none; Food was the worse, very bland and menu needs some serious refinement, food presentation was something you would expect in a hospital canteen. Cocktails were great though.

Very slow service to begin with and the seating arrangement on a table for four saw us squished into a corner in the restaurant. Food and drink quality was very good though and the waiting staff were very pleasant. I think next time I'd prefer to be seated in the bar area as that seemed to have more traditional seating. Recommended all in all.

Ambience was good once we were moved to a better table - not at bottom of building. Ribs were excellent, and service was first class. Wine slightly expensive.
