We enjoy going to Richards Farm for dinner with some friends several times a year. The food is always good and the service is always good as well. On the 30th and I feel bad I do not remember our servers name but she was FANTASTIC. My problem is with OpenTable and or Richards. Made our first ever reservation on OpenTable. Wanted to double check even though I had a reservation and confirmation number. No we did not have a reservation because Richards does not use OpenTable any more. This was not a good start for us using this service and I am not happy with Richards Farm either. Someone dropped the ball here.

We love Richard's. Very friendly staff, a farm vibe, and they have good coupons and deals. The food is good, but we feel it has declined since our first visit a year ago when we felt it to be outstanding. Just some subtle changes - they switched sausage links, food on buffet isn't refreshed as often as it probably should be (dried out), and a couple of the dishes now lack flavor i.e., egg casserole, mashed potatoes, dressing, corn. Maybe a change in cooks? At any rate, some attention to detail and use of quality ingredients might bring back the great food.

Very good food, waitress was nice and attentive, somewhat loud and crowded compared to other restaurants. Not spoken to when leaving the restaurant, no "thank you" or "good bye".

The restaurant, service and food were all wonderful. The grounds around the restaurant seem to have wonderful potential but look like it needs some TLC and sprucing up in order to bring it to it's full potential. Overall we loved your restaurant and we will most certainly be back.

The environment was just as good as every other visit to this rustic establishment, and as always the soup, salad and bread bar was excellent. Unfortunately, the server was a bit snippy when we were not ready to order right away, and the Italian beef was poorly seasoned to the point of being inedible. Lesson learned; stick to the steaks, chicken or burgers.

Usually love going here but would suggest ordering off the menu instead of getting the buffet. Did not care for the buffet but have always been pleased when I have ordered off the menu. Love the conversion of an old barn into a dining facility.

For a busy Valentine's reservations, it was well ran and though busy not hectic. At a 50 min drive, I will visit again.
