   Still stunning, but the food isn’t what it used to be. RH Rooftop has been a longtime favorite of mine—I’ve dined here at least ten times and have always loved the overall experience. The ambiance is, as always, unmatched—elegant, calm, and visually beautiful. But during my most recent visit, I noticed a clear decline in the food quality. The lobster roll, once a standout and worth its $34 price tag, now arrives with noticeably less lobster—less than half of what it used to be. The burrata appetizer felt flat and lacked the fresh flavor it once had. Truffle fries, which used to be a table favorite, no longer have that rich truffle essence and are now served in a small metal container instead of the larger bowl. The shaved ribeye is still flavorful, though slightly overstated on the menu. I understand food costs are rising, but for the premium pricing, the food should still feel special. Right now, it doesn’t. RH Rooftop remains worth a visit for the setting alone, but I hope to see the food return to the standard that once made this a go-to spot.

   Had a lovely waiter but some of the other staff were rude and not very helpful. Pretty disappointing as I used to bring clients to RH as a nice treat but after our experience last night I will be finding a new spot.

   Outstanding location - rooftop in Chelsea. Only beer and wine, unexpected and disappointing for such a nice place. Service was slow and missed items. Food was very tasty but they really keep things moving Sonitrol felt rushed.

   Although a beautiful restaurant in a perfect location, we ultimately did not stay. The menu was slightly limited, and there were no spirt cocktails, only wine and beer.

   It was absolutely wonderful — from the server, to the food, to the host! Absolutely perfect!

   This was our second experience with RH Rooftop. We returned after an excellent lunch on a sunny Spring afternoon a year ago. Only after waiting over 45 minutes and at that point summoning management were we finally served our truly delicious salads. This is no way to sustain what should be a highlight of dining out in New York. Beware and be proactive if you plan to dine here.

   Everyone we interacted with was so kind and professional. From the gentleman at the main entrance, the young lady with an ipad waiting at the elevator, to all the wait staf. Our server Jonathan was friendly and attentive, and made the best recommendations. I highly recommend the burrata appetizer, and the ribeye entree. Hands down the best ribeye I've ever had. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. But the one item you CANNOT skip is their creme brulee. It is just on another level. The ambiance of the restaurant is very elegant, but relaxed. It never felt stuffy. Love all the beautiful chandeliers, and all the gorgeous natural light.

   We had an excellent experience from front of house to our waiter who was exceptional. It was a perfect afternoon - great food, great atmosphere, fabulous staff!

    Service was horrible. Took almost 2 hours to get our food. And the food was half the size we got the same dish 2 months ago. Won’t be returning.
