   Retroscena is a special experience, an emotional journey and a context that puts you in touch with yourself and the world around you. Water, earth, fire and air unite through taste and create a state of well-being and joy. I recommend you live this experience that has at its center people gathered around taste. We congratulate the entire team that manages to tune itself to perfection like an orchestra, to offer you the highest sensory experience. Thank you Chef Richard for what you have staged. We want to return to the next productions, to live new experiences through which to rediscover ourselves.

   This was an amazing dining experience. We had the five course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. The various courses, which used many different types of seafood, were very creative and delicious. The wine paired very well. The staff was very attentive, described every course and answered all our questions. The restaurant is modern, simple and elegant. Based on the set up of the restaurant it was possible to watch the chefs cook, which we enjoyed. We have been to several Michelin one star restaurants in Italy and this was by far the best.

   Best experience I had! Totally recommend coming here. The Inconfondible Menu is for sure best to try for the first experience with Restroscena.

   Seconda esperienza in questo locale magico, questa volta allo Chef’s Table. Non sei in un ristorante, sei la parte finale di uno spettacolo dove i protagonisti, tra sala e cucina ballano tra loro in perfetta sintonia… e ci scappano pure qualche battuta e qualche risata. Super consigliato.

   I celebrate my birthday at Retroscena and it was a unique experience! In addition to the perfect taste of the dishes, the art on the plate, the precision of the team's work and the restaurant refinement, I met a wanderful Cfef, open to conversation. Color, taste, texture, creativity, art and perfection! Fine, beautiful and elegant! An experience that must be lived at least once in a lifetime! Thank you Chef Richard for the most beautiful birthday experience!

   Sabato in compagnia di mia moglie abbiamo pranzato al Retroscena, stella Michelin meritata e di alto livello. Abbiamo scelto il menù di 5 portate, una menzione particolare per il risotto dell’Adriatico e la faraona alla Rossini con tartufo bianco. Il dolce Coccobello al mare eccezionale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!!

    When you go, which you should, book the counter seats overlooking the kitchen. What a splendid four hours that was on Saturday. Will certainly return.
