   Overall, food was worth the visit. However, the service was slow and staff weren’t friendly. I liked the comforting, warm ambience since it was a small and cozy restaurant. If you like fine dining and have a free evening, Ariel is a worthwhile choice.

   Reservations were at six. The Worst Experience of my life…..the negative environment began from the moment the group of 6 arrived. No host to receive us. After a few moments a very impersonal lady took us to a table that seemed to have been used. The place was loud, no background music and smelled like fried chicken. The lady proceeded to set the table at a pace of a turtle and a young man without introduction asked sparkling or regular water? He served and left. 15 minutes later, the woman at our request brought the menu, and took or drink orders. She still has not introduced herself, and 10 minutes later, she returned, kneeled down with a notepad and reviewed our order. By this time 35 minutes had passed and I saw the Chef stop by another table and continue to sit with a group of people at the end of the restaurant. Finally, a Waiter approached Miguel Matos and tried to save the situation explaining he had just arrived to work and started a conversation asking what we wanted to drink. We informed him that orders had been placed, he approached the lady who took our order and she kept walking and ignored him. 50 minutes later, the group of six decided to leave and took our order somewhere else. Ariel, (Chef seems to big) you need to take care of your business, Your are occupying the physical space of the great Augusto, who took it in his hands grand to serve people personally and made sure they returned over and over again for years. We do wonder if the staff noticed we had left. Who knows? 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

   Excellent food. We had to ask for the menu and they took time to have a waiter help us. After that, everything went smoothly. One of the best brunch in town if not the best!

   Recently I went to this restaurant for my father's birthday. We loved the food, drinks and ambiance. However, the server was rude. He tolds us "this is not Dennys" after asking about the menu. Furthermore, we had to order everything at the same time because he wanted that. For a fine restaurant, was not the service I was expecting.We had a $400 ticket.

   calm, quiet, perfect service, incredible proof, surprisingly low prices. highly recommend their brunch (which also includes their lunch menu)!

   When I said, is good; I really mean they are the best. It is just better that I could possibly describe. Every single entree exploded my imagination. Each one raising the bar on flavors and presentation. The night was simply my best dining experience.

   Fabulous meal, especially the rabbit fettuccine. Amazing wait staff and sommelier, so professional. We will be back for sure!

    Nice ambiance, inside of restaurant a little small but still pretty nice. Service was great, waiters were attentive and kind. Food was pretty good overall great experience.
